I recently had a conversation with a hairstylist on her challenges helping clients who were experiencing thinning hair and scalp conditions. She mentioned, despite her efforts to steer them into a multi-pronged approach to solving their issue, many still swore that by just using castor or coconut oil they would eventually see results. Hair Beautifying Supplements Part 1

I was recently having a conversation with a family member suffering with joint pain. She wasn't too thrilled about the pain killers and steroid protocols suggested by her doctor. Menage a Trois: Brains, Beauty and Botanicals

This year, I made it my goal to continue to increase my knowledge on the different causes of hair loss and the treatment options available. As part of that goal, I enrolled to be certified as a Hairloss Practitioner by the US Trichology institute. Trichology is the intersection of the medical and cosmetic branches dedicated to the study of hair and scalp disorders.
